    • Any attempt to replicate or imitate Qubaa products will result in legal action as per the relevant laws.
    • All Qubaa products are crafted using 100% cotton blocks prints.
    • Our prints and fabrics are handcrafted using wood paint, resulting in unique color patterns.
  3. Refund and Replacement:
    • We offer refunds under the following conditions:
      1. In the event of a mistake or damage caused by us.
      2. If the desired replacement items are unavailable on the website, we will issue a refund.
    • Once items are received, they are not eligible for refund or replacement.
    • All sales are final, and refunds are not applicable once payment is made.
  4. Embroidery and Customization:
    • No changes can be made once you confirm your embroidery. Please review carefully before finalizing.
    • If you wish to exchange an item without any use or embroidery, you are responsible for the delivery charges.
  5. Delivery Policy (Multiple Items in One Order):
    • If you place multiple items in one order, including both embroidered and non-embroidered products, we will deliver the full order together within 2–4 days.
